PARKER, KENNETH EARL SR., 76, of Louisville, passed away Sunday September 6, 2009 at University Hospital.
He was the former owner of Parker Heating & Air, and retired sales rep. for KLM Mechanical Services. He was a member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church and served in the National Guard. His other memberships include; Iroquois Post # 229, Abraham Masonic Lodge #1410, Scottish Rite, and Kosair Shrine.
He is preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Parker.
Survivors are his three children, Mary L. Alvey (Tom), Kenneth E. Parker Jr. (Donna) and Karen L. Richardson (Bob); nine grandchildren, and nine great-grand-children and his loving dog companion "Buffy." His funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Visitation: 1-8 p.m. Tuesday. Cremation was chosen.
