Fall River ... Franklin E. Manchester of Fall River, 83, died Thursday August 14,2003 after a brief illness. He was the son of the late, Frank G. and Amy (Besse)Manchester.
He was born in Fall River and was a life long resident of the city. Hedied at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River. Mr. Manchester served his country duringWWII in the U.S. Army. He was employed by the U.S. Government ,U.S. Navydepartment as a purchasing agent until his retirement. He is survived by 1 sister: Catherine D. Donle of Fall River and several nieces and nephews.
