New Bedford – Lillian A. (McMann) Toupin, 82, of Dartmouth died September 8, 2009 at the Taber Street Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the widow of Jean A. Toupin.
Mrs. Toupin was born in Taunton, daughter of the late Arthur F. and Lillian A. (Murphy) McMann, and resided in the greater New Bedford area all of her life. She was a communicant of St. Julie Billiart Church. She was employed by Kmart, Dartmouth as a clerk until her retirement. She was a volunteer at St. Luke’s Hospital for more than 15 years. She enjoyed bowling.
Survivors include her daughters: Lillian J. Baptiste of N. Dartmouth and Louise Toupin of E. Falmouth; a brother: Joseph McMann of North Providence, RI; 3 grandchildren; a great-grandson; and several nieces & nephews.
She was mother of the late Gerry A. Toupin and sister of the late Irene Frazer and Louise Poplaski.

Funeral from the Kirby Funeral Home on Friday, September 11, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Julie Billiart Church, Dartmouth at 10:00 A.M.
Interment in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
