Jacqueline J. (Fournier) "Jackie" Eno, age 67, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009 at Lowell General Hospital.
She was born in Lowell on Nov. 10, 1941, the daughter of the late George Fournier and Gabrielle (Bureau) (Fournier) Dion. Jackie was raised in Lowell and lived there for most of her life until moving to Dracut 22 years ago. She was a communicant of the former Notre Dame de Lourdes Parish and a member of the League of Catholic Women.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed with Sears Essentials in Tewksbury for 13 years and also worked with Stop & Shop as a pricing coordinator for several years. Jackie was an avid bowler and enjoyed trips to Xanadu with her family.
She is survived by a son, Michael R. Eno of Tyngsboro; two daughters, Christine L. Renaud and her husband Michael of Lowell, and Joanne F. Eno of Dracut; she was the proud Memere of David M. and Gabrielle L. Renaud of Lowell; her loving brother, Richard J. Fournier and his wife Theresa of Florida; her loving sister, Claire S. Rooney of Tewksbury; her loving and caring companion, Paul King of Hallandale, FL; also several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister-in-law of the late William Rooney who passed away on Aug. 19.
Relatives and friends may call at the M. R. LAURIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 295 Pawtucket St., Lowell on Thursday, Sept. 3 from 4 to 8pm. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Michael Church, Lowell. Interment will be private.
