Marie Rose E. Nadeau 94, of Arnold Ave. died Saturday in Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Joseph Theodore Nadeau. Mrs. Nadeau was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Oscar and Rose Anna (Larochelle) Girard. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Nadeau was survived by two sons, Theodore G. Nadeau and his wife Simone of Orlando, FL, and Roger B. Nadeau and his wife Claudette of Uxbridge, and a daughter Georgette C. Houle with whom she lived, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Maurice A. "Pitou" Nadeau and four siblings, Edgar, Charles Theodore, and Joseph Lucien Girard, and Doris Rousseau.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery . Visiting hours are Tuesday 5-8 PM.
