New Bedford – William T. Enos, Jr., 79, of Acushnet died after a long illness on August 27, 2009. He was the widower of Manuella I. “Winnie” (DaCosta) Enos.
Mr. Enos was born in New Bedford, son of the late William T., Sr. and Irene (Ferro) Enos, and resided in Acushnet most of his life. He was employed as a cutter by the former Brief Originals, New Bedford until his retirement.
Survivors include 2 sons: Michael W. Enos of Acushnet and Cory N. Enos of Fall River; a stepson: Barry J. Sylvia of FL; a stepdaughter: Janice M. Miller of Freetown; 2 sisters: Agnes Loggins of Acushnet and Alice Dupont of Fairhaven; and 2 brothers: David and Robert Enos both of New Bedford. He was brother of the late Anibal “Abe” Enos.

Visiting hours on Monday, August 31, 2009, 9:00-10:00 A.M. followed immediately by funeral services at 10:00 A.M.
Interment in Chace Cemetery, E. Freetown.
