Kathy Robinson Dove, 57, of Goose Creek, wife of Earnest E. Dove died Thursday, August 27, 2009 at the Hospice Center of Charleston in Mt. Pleasant.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 11:00 at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Burial will be private. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Monday evening.

Mrs. Dove was born March 24, 1952 in Tift County, Georgia, daughter of Ethel Ruth Pritchard Cooper of Tift County, Georgia and the late Clarence Dewey Cooper. She was a graduate of schools in Tift County, Georgia and attended A.B.A.C. College in Tifton, Georgia. She was a great seamstress who enjoyed interior decorating and gardening. She was co-manager at Wal-Mart in Goose Creek and manager of other local Walmarts and she was a member of First Assembly Church in Tifton, Georgia.
Survivors including her husband and her mother are: sons and daughters: Patrick Anthony Robinson of Lakeland, Florida, Jamie Antonie Robinson of Summerville, SC, Clayton Anthony Robinson of Goose Creek, Michelle Wiggins of Ashburn, Georgia, Marissa Howze of Valdosta, Georgia, James Dove of Tifton, Georgia and Katy Moore of Adel, Georgia. 10 grandchildren, brothers and sisters: James Dewey Cooper of Tifton, Georgia, Wanda Gail Hobbs of Mt. Airy, Georgia and Randy Clarence Cooper of Tifton, Georgia. Nieces and nephews: Cheryl Denise Scott of North Carolina, Christopher Cooper of Tifton, Georgia, Gary Von Hobbs of Hiawassee, Georgia, Justin Matthew Hobbs of Wilmington, NC, Benjamin Grant Hobbs of Mt. Airy, Georgia and Randa CaraLann Cooper of Tifton, Georgia.
