West Boylston
Helen M.(Connelly) Eagan, 82 of 35 Western Ave. died Thursday (Jan.10) in UMASS Memorial Med. Center-Belmont St. Campus after an illness.
Her husband of 27 years, Walter J. Eagan died in 1992. She leaves a step-son, David W. Eagan of West Boylston, two step-grandchildren, David W. Eagan Jr. and Dawn M. Eagan both a West Boylston.
She was born in Newton, daughter of Michael T. and Harriette M. (Molway) Connelly.
She worked at Norton Company in the cafeteria for many years before retiring several years ago.
She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church and its Woman's Club. She was also a member of the West Boylston Womans Club.
A funeral will be held Monday (Jan14) from Fay Brothers Funeral Home 1 West Boylston St. with a Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church 111 Worcester St. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Calling Hours are Sunday (Jan13) from3 to 6p.m. at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers memorial doantions may be made to Our Lady of Good Cunsel Church 111 Worcester or the West Bolston Ambulance and Firefighters Fund 39 Worcester St. both West Boylston MA 01583
