Mr. L. Francis “Frank” Sirois, 73, of Amesbury Massachusetts passed away on Saturday August 22, 2009 at the Merrimac Valley Hospital in Haverhill, MA.
Born in Lawrence Massachusetts, Frank was the son of the Late Germaine (Schelling) and Ludger Sirois. Frank was a 1955 graduate of Central Catholic High School and held a degree in electrical engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Berlin Crisis.
Frank had a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He was the owner and operator of Custom Industries Manufacturing Inc. in Bradford, Massachusetts. Over his lifetime, he ventured into many different business and manufacturing opportunities. His humor and strong work ethic will be missed by many.
Frank is survived by his wife of 52 years Janice E. (Whiteley) Sirois of Amesbury; four children, Michael L.Sirois of Amesbury, Philip C. Sirois and wife Miriam of New York City, John F. Sirois and wife Susan of Haverhill, daughter Stephanie A. Lysik and husband Michael of Amesbury; Six Grandchildren, Elizabeth Lysik, Colin Lysik, Quinn Lysik, Brigitte Sirois, Rose Lysik, and Vivienne Sirois; and five siblings, Louie Sirois and his wife Yvette of Andover, Philip Sirois and his wife Beverly of Andover, Sister Marie Germaine of Lawrence, Madeline Fluet of Lawrence and Germaine Sheehan and her husband James of Haverhill. He was the brother of the late Fr. George Sirois, John Sirois, Joseph Sirois, Vincent Sirois, Margaret Beaulieu, Pauline Icton, Sr. Rachel Sirois, and Martha Marchand.

His funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday August 26th, 2009 at 10 am at the Holy Family Church in Amesbury Massachusetts. His burial will be private. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, August 25th, 2009 from 4:00-8:00 pm at the Paul C. Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 2 Hillside Avenue, Amesbury, MA.
