ARBAUGH- THOMAS-SIMPSON, STEPHANIE HOPE (KEEN), 36, of Louisville passed away Wednesday August 19, 2009.
She was a member of Valley View Community Church.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Bryan, and Justin Keen.
Survivors include her parents, Phillip and Debbie Keen; a son, Jacob Arbaugh; three daughters, Autumn Thomas, Tori Simpson, and Avery Arbaugh; a step-daughter, Shelby Arbaugh; husband, Jason Arbaugh; grandmother, Dorothy "Dot" Keen; in-laws, Karen Arbaugh and Grant and Sandy Serreno. She will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Valley View Church, 8911 Third Street Road, with cremation to follow.
Visitation will be 11a.m. 8 p.m. Friday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy., and after noon Saturday at Valley View Church.
