O’NEILL, RICHARD – Peacefully passed away while surrounded by loved ones on August 17th at the age of 49. Rich touched many people with his generosity and unique sense of humor. He will be remembered for his adventurous and independent spirit. His wife, Yuiko Koizumi, along with his family and friends will miss him deeply. Visiting hours at the William J.
