Obituary

Albert Trevisone passed away on August 16, 2009 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was 94 years old.

Born and raised in Boston’s North End, Albert met and fell in love with Frances M. (Gaeta) Trevisone. They married in September of 1937 and moved to Mill Street in Malden where they lived and started their family. After many years they settled on Holloway Street in Malden where they continued to raise their four children.

Albert worked for the Prince Macaroni Company in Lowell for over 43 years as a foreman and salesman. He was married to the love of his life, Frances, for 68 wonderful years before her passing in February of 2006. Albert loved to spend time with his family and will be lovingly remembered by them as Dad, Pops and Papa T.

Albert was the beloved father of Ralph Trevisone and his wife Jean of Georgia, Lucille Spadafora of Malden, Francine Spadafora and her husband Albert of Malden and the late Nicholas Trevisone. He was the dear brother of the late Frederick, John, Anthony, Lawrence, Carlo, Michael and Pasquale Trevisone and Angela Camoscio. Albert was the brother in law of Beatrice Gaeta, Lena Trevisone and Anthony Camoscio. He was the cherished grandfather of Michele Settemio and her husband Bill, Anthony Spadafora and his wife Gina, Craig Spadafora and his wife Debbi, Alicia Spadafora, Albert Spadafora Jr. and his fiancé Jennifer Bauer, all of Malden, Michael Trevisone of Arkansas, Kerry Quinn and Kimberly Kiser of Georgia and Caroline, John and Maria Trevisone of Revere. Albert was the great-grandfather of Amanda and Jaclyn Spayne, Nico, Gianna, Mariano and Carmella Spadafora, John and Michael Settemio, John and Megan Kiser and John Quinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and caretaker Ron Fillmore of Marblehead, who was truly dedicated to Albert during his illness.

The Funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Friday, August 21st at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Church of the Sacred Hearts, 297 Main Street, Malden at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Thursday, August 20th from 4-8 p.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
