WORCESTER-Leola I. (Lawrence) Anderson, 86, of Worcester, died Wednesday, August 12th in Parsons Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Her husband, Lawrence C. Anderson, died in 2005. She leaves her son, Carl L. Anderson, Jr. and his wife Donna of Longview, WA; three daughters, Lynette S. Fontaine and her husband Allen of Spencer, Barbara D. Daoust of East Brookfield and Virginia M. Camacho and her husband Vidal of Wareham; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Worcester, the daughter of John S. and Lillian (Wade) Lawrence. She was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church and the Auburn Senior Center.
The funeral is Tuesday, August 18th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street. Burial will be private. Calling hours are Tuesday morning from 8:30 until 9:30 in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
