Dorothy C. Vieira, age 89 of Tiverton, passed away in Newport, August 2, 2009. She was born in Fall River, daughter of the late Antone C. & Maria (Barboza) Vieira and was a member of Holy Ghost Church. She was a retired presser in the Garment industry for 46 years.
She is survived by several nieces & nephews. She was the sister of the late Cesar Vieira & Antone Vieira, Jr., Mary Gibeault & Isabel Vieira.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. WEDNESDAY at 8:45 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Ghost Church, Tiverton at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling hours TUESDAY 5-8 P.M.
