Anthony Todd Atkins, 42, Clarksville, died Sunday, August 2, 2009, at St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville, TN.
The funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Brother Bill Graham officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and from 12 p.m. until the time of the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born February 8, 1967 in Clarksville, TN, son of Kenneth Atkins and Ellinor Vaughan Atkins.
Mr. Atkins was a program sales manager with Southern Foods.
Survivors include his parents; his wife, Alethea McGregor Atkins, sons, Kenneth Blake Atkins and Noah McGregor Atkins; daughter, Leah Nicalette Atkins, all of Clarksville; sister, Beth Atkins Hall (Alan), Fairhope, AL; nieces and nephews: Mary Beth Eringman, Brandon Duncan, Erica McGregor, Brittany Ingram, Jamie McGregor, Bradley Duncan, Jillie Mac Hall, and Kenleigh Grace Hall; and great-nephew, Alan Michael Todd Eringman.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
