WINSTEAD, PATRICIA MAY "TISH" (HALE), 84, of Louisville passed away Monday July 27, 2009 at her home.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Marion M. Winstead.
Survivors include her three children, Patricia Strunk, Robert M. Winstead (Debra) and Judy Spencer (Jackie); a brother, Robert Hale; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be noon Thursday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday.
