Evans, Lola M., 88, passed away Monday at Baptist Hospital East, Palliative Care Unit.
She was born in Louisville, KY to
Allen Gilbert & Frances Agnes (Prechtel) Ware.She was preceded in death by her Parents and her Husband:
Charles Eugene Evans.
She was a member of the PRP Visually Impaired Group & Ladies Auxillary of Carpenters Union Local 64 and was a devoted Wife & Homemaker.
Survivors include her children: Michael Ware Evans (Maggie), Barbara A. Sandifer (Richard), Kathy Schrader (Bob), and Cindy L. Mineer (Danny). Step-Daughters: Flossie Jean Crawford & Anna Pearl Robinson. 12 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren, and a Devoted Niece: Karen Lee Ahler.
Funeral Service: Friday (07/31/09) 12:00 Noon at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation: 1 - 9 PM Thursday Expressions of Sympathy: Brooklawn Youth Services.
