Sally Hunt Williams age, 81, Nashville, died Saturday, July 25, 2009, at St. Thomas Hospital Alive Hospice. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Chapel. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A Rosary will be held 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born June 7, 1928 in Montgomery County, daughter of the late William Finis Hunt and Sadie Augusta Sheppard Hunt. She was a retired Respiratory Therapist Tech at Memorial Hospital in Clarksville. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was a wonderful mother, sister and much beloved grandmother. She was preceded in death by former husband, Henry Dudley Williams and two sons, Henry Dudley Williams, Jr and William Lee Williams. She is survived by sons Dr. Thomas Hunt Williams, Jeb Robbins Williams both of Sarasota, FL.; daughter, Katy Williams Spalding of Nashville; brothers, William Thomas Hunt, Clarkdale, Miss; and Joseph Francis Hunt, Nashville; sisters, Augusta Hunt Fabrizi, Judy Hunt Pryor and Janet Hunt Massey, all of Clarksville; grandchildren, Anna Elise Williams, Tamara Grace Williams, Mary Katherine Batson, Charles Livingston Spalding, and Hunt Lee Williams. Pallbearers will be nephews, Mark Pryor, Matt Pryor, Marty Pryor, Matt Massey, Bill Hunt, and Joey Hunt. Wheeler Pryor, Mike Evans, John Sharp, Patrick Turner, Paul Turner, Brandon Pryor, Jeff Purvis and Don Campbell will also serve as pallbearers.
