Mr. Salvatore Tringali “Jay” 68, of Revere, formerly of Medford died Tuesday in Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He is the former husband of Lorriane (Gianturco). Mr. Tringali was born in Medford, the son of the late Salvatore and the late Gaetana (Costa) Tringali. He was a Salesman, employed in the Insurance industry. An avid golfer he also enjoyed vacationing on Cape Cod, games of chance with trips to Foxwoods and days at Wonderland Park. He is survived by four daughters: Melanie Tringali and her husband James Murdock of Medford, Brenda MacDonald and her husband Vincent of Billerica, Marcie Maffeo and her husband Steven of Reading, Tracey Marley and her husband Robert of Lynnfield and a son Mark Tringali and his wife Zarah of Revere. Adored “Papa” of Makayla, Emily Jacqueline & Jacob Murdock, Megan, Sara & Rachel MacDonald,Valerie & Stephanie Maffeo, Katherine, Robert & Elizabeth Marley and Ariannah Tringale. He leaves a sister Frances Tringali of Medford and four brothers: Joseph Tringali of Saugus, Andrew Tringali of Medford, Angelo Tringali of Stoneham and Robert Tringali of Medford. Friends may call Thursday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, Friday at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
