Mary (Cabeceiras) Vilela, age 87, a lifelong resident of Fall River, passed away July 18, 2009. She was the wife of the late Joseph Vilela. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Michael & Margaret (Cordeiro) Cabeceiras. Prior to retiring Mary was a Machine Operator for Tick Toc Frocks. She was a parishioner of St. Michael Church.
She is survived by four siblings: Irene Cabeceiras, Priscilla Gauthier, Isabel Domingos all of Fall River, and George Cabeceiras of CA. Many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Manuel, Michael, David and Galvin Cabeceiras.

Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. WEDNESDAY at 9:30 A.M followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 10:30 A.M.
