Obituary

Todd L. Fordyce, of Plymouth, passed away on July 17th at the Jordan Hospital with his daughter, Jennifer, by his side at the age of 62 after a brave battle with cancer. He is survived by his beloved daughter Jennifer Curran of Plymouth, his ex-wife and good friend Diana Fordyce of Kingston, his mother Dorothy (Rennie) of Hanover, his brother Kirt Fordyce and his wife Barbara of Hanover and his cherished grandson Nicholas. He also leaves his nieces and nephews Tina O’Day of Guam, Dan Fordyce of Hanover, Kim MacDonald of Virginia Beach and Dina Worrall of Burlington, MA and many, many great friends. Son of the late Henry “Bud” Fordyce and brother of the late Colin Fordyce. Todd was born in Holyoke and attended Hanover Schools. He joined the U.S Air Force in the 3725th Basic Military Training Squad during Vietnam. Todd was a self-employed carpenter and was a member of the Cold Spring Club, the Unity Club and the American Legion. He enjoyed spending time at the waterfront, flying, was interested in aviation and especially loved spending time with his family and boys at “the club”. Visiting hours will be held on Monday July 20th from 5 to 8 PM at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St (Rt 3A), N. Plymouth followed by a memorial service at 8 PM. Burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in his memory be made to the American Cancer Society – Plymouth Unit, 1115 W. Chestnut St, Brockton, MA 02301.
