Watts, Donald E., 71, went to rest on Tuesday, July 14, 2009.
He was a 1956 graduate of Male High School and served in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Macon.
He was an AAF retiree and was, currently, employed by the Kentucky International Convention Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George P. and Stella (Watkins) Watts; a sister; and three brothers. Don was a member of Southeast Christian Church. His love for the Lord was ever present. He was a wonderful husband, father and pawpaw and was kind and generous to all.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Sylvia Lane Watts; daughters, Donna Watts and Dawn Bays (Harold); grandsons, Jason and Kevin Bays; several nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.
Cremation was chosen. A memorial service celebrating Don’s life will be 7 pm Friday at Southeast Christian Church - Fireside Room.
