Obituary

Kenneth David Fudge, 51, died July 15th after a tragic accident. Ken was born November 20, 1957 in Malden, MA to the late Kenneth L and Delia (LeFave) Fudge. Kenneth worked for over 15 years as a hazardous waste analyst for Circuit Connect. Ken loved working on and riding his Harley Davidson, the outdoors, antiquing, traveling and working out at Gold’s Gym 4 or 5 times a week. Ken was an extremely active member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Church and was on their Pastoral Council. He also was the head of the hospital and nursing home ministry. Ken was a 4th degree Knight with Council 3023 Knights of Columbus and was an active member serving many offices within the organization. For the past ten years, Ken also was a member of the Adoration Society at the Blessed Sacrament Church of Manchester.
Ken leaves his children, Kenna-Lee Fudge, Kenneth Sandberg and Melissa Sandberg. He also leaves his fiancé’, Michel O’Rourke, his siblings, Steven LeFave and his wife Kathleen of Troy, NY, Christine LeFave-Remington and her husband Michael of Derry, Karen DeAvilla and her husband John of Revere, Michel's daughter Hailey O’Rourke and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were held on Monday July 20th from 4-8 pm at the Peabody Funeral Home and Crematorium, 15 Birch St. Derry. The Liturgy of Christian burial was celebrated Tuesday July 21st, at 10am in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, with burial that followed in Forest Hill Cemetery. The family has asked that donations in memory of Ken be made to the Sonshine Soup Kitchen, 4 Crystal Ave #4, Derry NH 03038, or to the New Horizons for New Hampshire, (a soup kitchen) 199 Manchester St, P.O. Box, 691, Manchester NH 03105.
