Maxine L. Fowler, 85, of Givhans, wife of Walter E. Fowler, died Tuesday morning, July 14, 2009 at her residence.
Memorial service will be held Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 6:00 at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Burial will be private.
She was born July 21, 1923 in Shinston, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Boyd L. Wiseman and Ada Pyle Wiseman. She was a graduate of schools in West Virginia. She enjoyed quilting and was a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her husband are:
2 daughters: Ellen Mizell and Sharon Fowler both of Givhans,
2 grandchildren: Christopher M. Mizell and Catherine Badgett both of Summerville.
2 great grandchildren: Bailey Mizell and Jonathan Badgett both of Summerville.
1 Aunt: Geraldine Wiseman of Shinston, West Virginia.
