Kirk W. Edmands, 51 died suddenly Saturday July 11, at UMass. Medical
Center.
Kirk leaves his mother, Fay Edmands McChristian of Pepperell, his
brothers and sisters-in-law Karl S. and Karen Edmands of Ashby, Keith R.
and Naseem Edmands of Fitchburg and Kevin F. and Jackie Edmands of
Leominster. His sisters Kristine A. Watson of Fitchburg and Kathleen F.
Paine of Gastonia, N.C. His companion Kelly Sweeney of Worcester.
Nieces and nephews. His brother Kenneth A. Edmands died June 2, 1978
and his sister Kim E. Edmands died in 1957.
Kirk was born in Groton May 9, 1958, the son of William S. and Fay L.
(Foster) Edmands. He graduated from Montachusett Technical Vocational
High School and was known as the class clown. He loved to draw and was
an avid golfer. He loved kids and was devoted to his mother. Kirk was a
self employed painting contractor.
A funeral service will be held on Friday July 17 at 12:00 noon in the Bosk
Funeral Home 85 Blossom St. Fitchburg. Calling hours in the funeral home
are Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
