On the evening of Thursday July 9, Anna M. Tringale (Corso) of Medford died peacefully in the loving care of her children, Frank Tringale, Jr.and his wife Theresa of Woburn, Andrea Lee and her husband Christopher of Medford. She is the wife of the late Frank Tringale, the light of her life and a decorated Korean War veteran.
In life, Anna was a fun, spirited and loving homemaker. She not only took care of her own children but was also a second mother to many of the kids in the Governor’s Ave. area. And it didn’t stop there. For many years, Anna worked as a lunch mother at the Forrest Park School, where she was adored by students and teachers alike.
Anna is survived and cherished by three grandchildren: Domenic and Anthony Tringale and Sofia Anna Lee. Dear sister of Rosalie Carabello of Reading, Josephine Strangie of Wakefield and the late Sonny Corso. They are left with many warm, endearing memories—centered around laughter, love and artichokes. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street MEDFORD on Tuesday July 14 at 9 AM. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, High St. Medford at 10 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford
