MATTAPOISETT — Isabella Ramsay Hardy Watts died June 27, 2009, at home in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. She was 97. Born in New York City, June 23, 1912, to Elizabeth Gracie King Hardy and Alpheus Sumner Hardy, she was the widow of Edward Everett Watts, Jr.
She is survived by her children Elizabeth Boileau, Edward Everett Watts III, and Isabella Watts Cunynghame; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 2 P.M. in St. Philip's Episcopal Church, Mattapoisett, Ma. No flowers please, but donations can be made to St. Philip's c/o Towles, Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., 50 Milk Street, Boston MA 02109-5006.
