VOTAW, JERRY A., 64, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2009.
He was the retired owner of J&J Home Improvement, and a member of Calvary Apostolic Church.
He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Votaw.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Jackson Votaw; his daughters, Tammy Sue Morehead (Thomas), Debbie Overall, and Julie Catron (Marty); stepchildren, Sherri Walling, David, Dennis, and Darin Bettis; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his brother, James Starr; and sisters, Deborah Gerber and Linda White.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Wednesday.
