Rose Iacoviello (Ascoli), 80, of Plymouth formerly of Chelsea, passed away on July 4th at the Jordan Hospital. Daughter of the late Carmino and Louise (Pesce) Ascoli, she was the beloved wife of the late John Iacoviello. She is survived by her loving children John Iacoviello and his wife Carolyn of Norfolk, Jean Hartnett and her husband Leo and Carmella Hughes and her husband Stephen both of Plymouth and her 7 cherished grandchildren Kathryn, Douglas and Gregory Hughes, Jeffrey and Andrew Iacoviello and Kenneth and Jordan Hartnett. Rose was born in Everett and attended Everett High School. She moved to Plymouth in 1968 from Chelsea. She had worked at the Jordan Hospital for many years and enjoyed reading, watching movies classics and especially spending time with her family. Rose was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday July 8th at St. Peter’s Church on Court St. in Plymouth at 10 AM followed by the burial at Vine Hills Cemetery. Visiting hours will be on Tuesday, July 7th at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St. (Rt 3A), N. Plymouth from 4 to 8 PM.
