Phelps, Eulon, 89, passed away Thursday at Norton's Hospital Downtown.
He was born in Morgantown, KY to Henry Clay & Lula (Tomes) Phelps.
He was a retired Maintenance man at Chester B. Stem Co. He was a WW II Army Veteran and was a Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; Grandson: Chris Delaney; Brother: Euman Phelps; Sister Grethel Elmore.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Pauline (Cardwell) Phelps. His Daughters: Peggy A. Downey (John) and Sue Delaney; 2 Grandchildren: Nick Delaney (Amber) & Kelly Monahan (Chris) and a Brother: Olen Phelps.
Funeral Service: Tuesday 11:00 AM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation: Monday 3 - 9 PM.
