Beloved wife of Ralph M. Northup of Quincy. Loving father of Kerry R. Northup and his wife Marie of Abington. Sister of the late Harold, Benjamin and Joseph Shnider. Loving Grandma to Alexander B. Northup.
Rita was completely hearing impaired and she was very involved in many deaf organizations. She was an officer of the Quincy Deaf Club, member of the Horace Mann Alumni Association and a member of the Quincy Deaf Senior Citizens Organization. She loved her cats and loved to socialize with family and friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours in the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , WOLLASTON Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
Donations in memory of Mrs. Northup may be made to Horace Mann Alumni Assoc., C/O Joel Joseph, 70 Marlborough Rd., Salem, MA 01970.
