Tucker, John Samuel, 73, of Louisville passed away June 25, 2009 at the V.A. Medical Center.
Preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Hope.
He was retired from General Electric Co. and an army veteran. He was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving sweetheart, Karlene Nickell, daughter Kathy L. Baize (Brian), and grandchildren Ashley Wade, Nicholas, Brandon and Harrison Baize and great grandchildren Kaden and Quintin.
Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm Monday at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road, with burial in Valley Cemetery, Taylorsville, Kentucky.
Visitation will be from 2-8 pm on Sunday at the funeral home.
