KATHERINE TAYLOR, 88, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Gritton, who was killed WW II, and with whom she had her sons, Larry and Danny, and her husband of 53 years, Henry J. Taylor II, with whom she had her son, Jack.
Survivors include her sons, Larry Bond Gritton (Elizabeth), Danny Meral Gritton (Susanne) and Jack Taylor (Torri); five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; brothers, Justice, George, Daniel, Rudy, Sanford, and Marvin Chetham, Jr.; and her sisters, Alma Carney and Isabelle Lewis.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. Thursday.
