Kevin Steeves, 54, of Bennett St., Woonsocket, died December 5th, 2008 at home.
Born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, he was a son of the late Norman and Lulu (Steeves) Steeves. Coming from his native Canada, Kevin resided in Framingham before moving to Woonsocket where he lived for over 30 years.
He worked as a driver for a medical distribution company and also worked as a driver for the Massachusetts Dept. of Corrections.
Kevin found solace in the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by former wives, Helene A. Dichristofero of North Smithfield, and Judy Cotnoir of FL., a son, Ryan Steeves and a daughter, Angela Steeves, both of North Smithfield. A brother, Gary Steeves of Woonsocket, and a sister, Frances Pond of Hopkinton, MA. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Ryan Steeves, Jr. and Alivia Steeves and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be Thursday from 5-8 pm in the Menard Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket. A Memorial service for Kevin will be conducted during visitation at 7:00 pm.
