Alice Howland Kohler

Evans, Ga. – Entered into rest Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at University Hospital, Mrs. Alice Howland Kohler, 66, wife of Peter F.T. Kohler for 47 years. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a homemaker, member of Advent Lutheran Church, and was a native and life long resident of Augusta.
Family members in addition to her husband include her daughter: Rhonda Kohler McAulay and husband John of Lexington, SC; 2 grandchildren: John Peter “Jack” McAulay and Matthew Daniel McAulay; and brother: Billy E. Howland, Jr and wife Angie of Opa Locka, FL.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 19, 2009 at 6:00 PM at Thomas Poteet & Son Chapel with Rev. Craig Wilkes officiating. Mrs. Kohler’s cremains will be intered at a later date.
