ESOLA, George, age 71 of Teaneck, NJ died on Tuesday, June 16, 2009.
Beloved husband of Meredith “Mary” (nee Hiensch). Devoted father of Lori Perrault and her husband Kevin, Linda Reyngoudt and her husband Ron, Debbie Esola, Dung Nguyen and his wife Eva and predeceased by Toni-Lynne Esola. Dear brother of Julia Mehia and Carol Santiago (both of Lodi), Harold Esola (of Hillsdale), Robby Esola (of Sparta) and predeceased by Tony, John, Daniel, Andrew, Antoinette Brown and Marie Kiel. Loving grandfather of Elora and Emilie. Cherished great grandfather of Lola. Wonderful Uncle of Bobby Wharmby and his fiancé Lisa. Dear Godfather of John Walsh. He was loved and special to Maurice and Lisa Morales and their daughters (of Florida).
George, for 46 years, was a proud member of Roofers Local #10 in Haledon, NJ. He was a member of the Elks Club #1506 in Ridgefield Park, an honorary member of VFW Post #3484 in Saddlebrook and was an honorary member of the American Legion Post #128 in Teaneck. He was also a huge fan of WWE and was a wonderful cook who loved to entertain his family and friends. The kids: Charlotte, Dallas and Stripes will miss their daddy. They were loyal to him and spent years giving him unconditional love. He will be joined in heaven with his best friends: Lenny D., Joe W. and Bob H. The family wants to especially thank Prospect Heights Rehabilitation and Hospice.
Friends and family are invited for visitation, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ. A funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
