NORTH ANDOVER – Robert A. Ouellette 76 of North Andover, MA died Tuesday June 9, 2009 at Mary Immaculate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Lawrence, MA.
Born and educated in Lawrence, MA, he was the son of Albert and Blanche (Jarbeau) Ouellette. He attended Sacred Heart Grammar School and Lawrence High School. During the Korean Conflict he served in the U.S. Airforce and was honorably discharged. He was employed as a night supervisor with Bolton Emerson for a number of years and also with Raytheon until his retirement. He was a longtime member of the Granite State Baptist Church in Salem, NH, and also a member of the Elks Lodge # 65 and the D.A.V.
He is survived by his sisters Simone Pratte of Hudson, NH and Madeleine Sutcliffe of North Andover, MA and numerous nieces and nephews.
Robert was pre-deceased by his brother Rene Ouellette and his sister Aline Chalawich.
ARRANGEMENTS: Memorial contributions can be made to Merrimack Valley Hospice 360 Merrimack Street BLDG 9 Lawrence, MA 01843. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 3:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. Funeral Serviceswill be held on Monday at 10:00a.m. at the Granite State Baptist Church in Salem, NH with burial to follow in the Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover, MA.
