Jorgensen, Preben Boye "Pete", 73, passed away Sunday (6/7/09) at his residence.
He was born in Arhus, Denmark to Carl W. & Annie V. Jorgensen. He was a retired Maintenance Engineer for Albertsons Warehouse & was a Marine Corp Veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his Parents and his wife: Ruth Meredith Jorgensen. Brother: Ollie & Sister: Aosa;
Survivors include 5 Children: Rex Jorgensen, Cindy Ritchings (Angela Cayton), Janet Bateman (Doug), Eric Jorgensen, Robert Jorgensen (Victoria); 10 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren; His Ex-Wife: Verda Chess; 3 Sisters: Benta, Inga, & Irma; 6 Step-Daughters; 2 Step-Sons; and several Step Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren.
The family chose Cremation. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 7880 St Andrews Church Rd.
