LOWELL—Genevieve Phyllis (Clark) Kokinos, 79 years old, died Sunday morning, July 13th, at Saints Memorial Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Aristotle Kokinos who died in 1977.
She was born in Lowell, on December 9, 1923, a daughter of the late James and Genevieve (Smith) Clark, and was a graduate of Lowell High School.
Mrs. Kokinos served for over 30 years as a private duty nurse in the Greater Lowell area.
Surviving her are a daughter: Mary Lou Alves, of Billerica, with whom she resided; two grandsons: Anthony Alves, of Medford; and Mark Alves, of Grafton; two sisters: Pauline Keefe, of Lowell; and Beverly Kirwin, of Lowell; also many dear nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Mary Lou Clark.
Friends may call from 5 until 9 PM on Tuesday, July 15th, at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 Nesmith Street, (Rte. 38). Her Funeral Mass to be offered Wednesday morning, July 16th, at 10:30 AM at the IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH, Lowell. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury.
