Mrs. Grace Alosso 88, of Medford died Saturday in the Carleton-Willard Nursing Home Bedford. She was the wife of the late Frank V. Alosso. Mrs. Alosso was born in Somerville, daughter of the late Dorra (Albano) Gregory. She loved to travel and was known to be a savvy shopper. A wonderful cook, she took the greatest enjoyment from spending time with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by one daughter: Barbara Garofalo and her husband Donato of Melrose and a son Frank A. Alosso of Medford. Mother of the late Marie Tomassetti. Grandmother of Darlene and Dana Kenyon, Danielle Schneider, Peter and Shani Tomassetti, Victor and Becky Garofalo, John and Lori Garofalo, Richard and Melanie Garofalo. Great Grandmother of Michael, Stephanie, Karissa, Brandon, Brianna, Melanie, Bella, Andrew and Zachary. Step Great Grandmother of Nicole, James and Emma. Dear sister of Marie Liotine of Reading, Charlie Gregory of Revere and the late Albert, Anthony, Joe and Pat Gregory. Her Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony Church, 12 Properzi Way, Somerville, Wednesday, June 3 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
