Ellen F. Angel, 70, Clarksville, died Thursday, May 28, 2009, at her residence. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Steve Lannom officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday and from 12 noon until the hour of the service Sunday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born November 16, 1938 in Jackson County, TN daughter of Carmack Burgess and Laura Brown Burgess. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Dana Stokes, a brother, Willie Burgess, and a sister, Alene Tulloss. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Angel, a son Dr. Daniel Angel-Souza (Kevin), a daughter, Kathy Stallings (Curtis); two sisters, Lucille Ackerman (Charles) and Ann Mann; and three grandchildren, Dr. Robert Sisneros (Melissa), Tristen Stokes, and Zander Angel-Souza.
