Jean M. Allin, 78, of Peabody Rd., Derry, NH died Saturday, July 12, 2003 at Vintage Grace in Derry. She was born in Cambridge, MA on October 19, 1924 a daughter of the late Clarence and Avilla (Andrews) Downey. She was a resident of Derry for the past 12 years, formerly living in Methuen, MA. She was the widow of George Allin who died in 1989. Mrs. Allin was a loving mother.
She is survived by two sons, Wayne E. Allin of Derry, Jeffrey W. Allin and his wife Shelbie of Derry, one daughter, Jean Hoey of Methuen, MA, five grandchildren, Ryan Allin of Derry, Eric Allin of Derry, Heather Allin of Milton, VT, DJ Cunningham of Nashua, NH, Patrick Hoey of Lowell, MA, and one great granddaughter, Arianna Cunningham of Nashua.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th at 4:00pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry.
