Erma Lou Wall, 80, Clarksville, formerly Oneonta, Alabama,, died Friday, May 15, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 1 pm Monday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. David Akins officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10 am to 1 pm Monday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born November 6, 1928 in Montgomery County daughter of the late Robert Lee Holt, Sr. and Maude Murphy Holt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Wall, a son, Don Wall, four brothers, Walter, James R, Robert Jr., and Virgil Holt; and a sister, Carrie Davis. Survivors include two sons, Gary Wall, Clarksville; and Greg Wall (Sheila), Onconta, AL; a daughter, Tina Wall Maloney (Phillip), Cincinnati, OH; a daughter-in-law Linda Wall, Clarksville; a brother, Floyd Dean Holt, Clarksville; three sisters, Velma Rye, Shirley Glasgow, and Jean Hughes, all of Clarksville; grandchildren, Jennifer, Stacey, Sheryle, Kayley, Andrew, Jacob, Matthew and Jessica; and great-grandchildren, Madison, Matthew, Marleigh, Tori, Sadie, and Haylee, two step grandchildren Heath and Justin Davis. Pallbearers will be Terry Harris, Kent Wall, Marty Heggie, Rusty Harris, Darry Winfree and Andrew Wall.
