ELDRIDGE, EARLY BRYAN, 84, of Louisville, passed away Friday, May 8, 2009.
He was the supervisor/ owner of Schackert Brothers Cleaners. He was a graduate of Glade Valley High School in Glade Valley, NC, an Army veteran of World War II and a founding member of Briargate Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife of over 60 years, Virginia Eldridge; children, Evon Biggers (Lynn), Bryan Eldridge Jr. (Joleen), Stuart Eldridge (Janet) and Lee Eldridge (Jadah); grandchildren, Falon, Ryan, Whitney, Brittany, Chase and Autumn; great-grandson, Jaelin; and a brother, George Lee Eldridge.
His service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Briargate Presbyterian Church, 2100 Upper Hunters Trace, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5- 8 p.m. Saturday and 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Briargate Presbyterian Church.
