Salem: Beatrice M. (Clement) Ouellette age 83 of Salem, died Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the NSMC / Union Hospital in Lynn, following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late George H. Ouellette, Jr.
Born in Epping, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lena (Melanson) Clement. Beatrice moved to Salem when she married her husband George in 1946. A quiet woman, her life was centered about her family, the home and her extended family members. Her hobbies included; painting, sculpturing and wood carving, as well as hand crafts.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Lee Pelletier and Janice J. Michaud both of Salem, 2 sons, Richard D. Ouellette and his wife Anne of Jupiter, FL, Robert J. Ouellette and his wife Michaeline of Salem, a sister, Lena Massa of Topsfield, 6 grandchildren, Kevin, Scott & Julie Pelletier all of Salem, Sean, Keith & Ryan Ouellette all of Florida, She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, Kayla, Tyler & Genevieve Pelletier and Jacob Ouellette and by several extended grandchildren including, Tiffany LaRoche, Jonathan Wilson, Lynn Anne, Robert & Richard Michaud, great-grandchildren, Mathieu, Robert, Michael, Justin, Alyssa, Michelle, Marc & Kyle, as well as 1 great-great grandchild, Ambrielle and nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St. [Rt. 114 / 1-A] Salem for visiting hours from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2009, with her funeral service to follow in the funeral home at 1 p.m. A grave side service will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Salem.
