Jeanie (Ciborowski) Mitchell, 93, of New Bedford died July 5, 2003 at Sacred Heart Home after a long illness.
She was the wife of the late Harold W. Mitchell.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Stanley and Eva Ciborowski, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.
Mrs. Mitchell was a member of the Polish Women's Business and Professional Club.
Survivors include 2 sons, Ronald H. Mitchell of Morehead City, North Carolina and Robert E. Mitchell of Fairhaven; 3 grandchildren, Peter Mitchell, Christopher Mitchell, and Amy DeSantos; 4 great-grandchildren, Ellie DeSantos, Robert Mitchell, Matthew Mitchell, and Tabitha Jenkinson.
She was the grandmother of the late Maria Jenkinson, and sister of the late Stasia Tenters, Edward Ciborowski, Bessie Kavetkas.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New BedfordWednesday, July 9th at 11 AM.
Visiting hours are omitted.
Interment Pine Grove Cemetery.
