Jean M. (McCloskey) Fabian of Pembroke passed away April 26th at St. Elizabeth’s in Boston. She was the loving wife of Richard Fabian of Pembroke, Mother of James Fabian and his wife Karen of Pembroke, Kevin Fabian of Pembroke and Marybeth Fratus and her husband Robert of Carver. Jean was the daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (Morandi) McCloskey of Somerville. Beloved sister of Patrick McCloskey and his wife Evelyn of Medford, James McCloskey of Boston, Dorothy O’Keefe of No. Andover and her late husband Arthur, and the late Richard McCloskey. Cherished Nana to Tyler, Lindsey, and Lauren Fabian of Pembroke, Patrick and Elizabeth Fratus of Carver and beloved godmother of Janet McCloskey of Milton, and is survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and beloved daughter-in law of Edna Fabian of Bridgewater. Calling hours will be held Thurs. April 30th from 4-8pm Shepherd Funeral Home 7 Mattakeesett St. (Rte. 14 Pembroke Center).Family and friends are welcome to gather at the funeral home Fri. May 1st at 8am with a 9am funeral mass to follow at Our Lady of the Lake Church, Halifax. Burial will be at Center Cemetery, Pembroke.
