Franke, Donald Lee “Don”, 69 passed away April 21, 2009 at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah.
He was a truck driver for over 40 years who drove for B&J Trucking and served in the Air Force.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jacob Jesse and Clara Arnold Franke and a granddaughter, Miranda. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kim Davenport Franke; children, Kris Davenport (Amy), Keith Davenport (Sheriee), Kimberly Wells (Billy), Kinsey May (James), and Donna Scott; grandchildren, Alan, Sara, Will, Kristian, Kaitlynn, Logan, Jalen, Haley, and Katie; brothers, George Franke; sisters, Boots Byrne, Norma Byrne, and Dot Irvin; mother-in-law, Marjorie Davenport “Young Chick”; and two dogs, Kandi and Kotton.
His funeral service will be 11am Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Evergreen Mausoleum.
Visitation will be Sunday 11-8 at the funeral home.
