Cressie Hutson Tanner, 50, of Summerville, died Friday, April 17, 2009 at her residence.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 25, 2009 at 1 o’clock at Dorchester Shrine Club on the Point.

Cressie was born September 20, 1958 in Charleston, daughter of the late John and Helen Hutson. She was a graduate of Summerville High School. She was past president of Dorchester Fez Tenders for the Shrine. She was property manager with R&B Properties.

Craig Tanner of Summerville
2 daughters: Cressie Evans and Nicole Walker both of Summerville.
5 grandchildren: Casey, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Tanner and Mason
2 Brothers: Fred Hutson of Summerville and Johnny Hutson of Portland, Oregon.
