Marilee Elizabeth Kesler
AUGUSTA, Ga. – Entered into rest Monday, April 20, 2009 at Medical College of Georgia, Mrs. Marilee Elizabeth Kesler, 49, wife of Billy J. Kesler, Jr.
Mrs. Kesler was a native and life long resident of Augusta. She was a graduate of Augusta State University. Mrs. Kesler worked as a teacher for 11 years for both Richmond and Columbia County schools. After her first child was born she became a homemaker and home schooled her children. Mrs. Kesler was an active member of Dayspring Baptist Church.
Family members in addition to her husband include children: Andrew Graham Kesler and Anna Corinne Kesler; mother: Phaedra English of Augusta; father: Bryant P. English, Sr. of Clearwater, SC; brother: Bryant P. English, Jr. of Augusta and David Marshall English of Winder, GA; grandmother: Jane Leazenby; aunts: Mary Lee Slate and Lana Godowns; uncle: Luther Godowns; father-in-law: Bill Kesler, Sr. and mother-in-law: Martha Kesler; brother-in-law: Todd Kesler.
Celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 25, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Dayspring Baptist Church with Rev. James Perkins officiating. Interment will follow at Westover Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jeff Scott, Jerry Jeffers, Bill Juras, Joshua Thomas, Jay Taylor and David Milligan.
